Who’s An Estate Sale For?
People come to us for a variety of reasons, whether they’re moving to an assisted living facility, they’ve inherited a house full of things, or they simply want freedom from the things they own.
Our Estate Sale Process
First we’ll take a look at the job at hand and see if we’re a good fit for your needs. We’ll start by organizing everything in the estate into distinct categories (garbage, items to be donated, items to be sold, and items to keep). After the organization is complete we’ll double check to make sure we’re in agreement on what needs to be done.
Once everything is organized we’ll begin removing the trash and taking donations to local non-profit organizations. The remaining items will be sold through in person and on-line sales.
We help you sell everything you don't want to keep, including:
- Guns (we’re a FFL licensed federal firearms dealer)
- Jewelry
- Coins
- Vehicles
- Furniture
- Collectables
- Household items
- Tools
How Much Does An Estate Sale Cost?
We charge a flat fee of 35% on items sold plus a clean out fee to get the estate “broom-ready” (cleaning not included). If you’re left with any unwanted items on the property, we can also provide you with an estimated removal fee.
How Long Will The Estate Sale Take?
Most estate sales are completed within 2-3 weeks.
How Much Money Can I Expect To Make From My Estate Sale?
Most estate sales average between $5,000 - $10,000.
